What if a product is out of stock?

There are two reasons why a product could be out of stock: 1. The products has been discontinued and replaced by a similar product. 2. The product is currently sold out and we are waiting for replenishment. If you cannot find your desired product or a suitable alternative feel free to contact us and we will investigate about your specific item.

How long does it take until I receive my goods?

The regular shipping time is 24-48 hours. You can find more details within our shipping conditions.

What do I have to pay for shipment?

You order will be delivered without shipping cost from an order value of 1.850 DKK. Important: This threshold is based on the pure net value without moms and eco tax.
If you are below this threshold, shipping cost of 95 DKK will apply. You can find more details within our shipping conditions.

How do I get my invoice?

You will receive you invoice automatically by mail. As soon as the goods are shipped you will get a shipping notification by mail. Your invoice will be attached to this mail as PDF.

What to do in case I forgot my login credentials?

If you forgot your password go to the login section on the website where you can restore it by clicking the link under the login windows or just click it directly here: Lost your password?
After entering your username or mail address you will receive a mail that leads you through the process of setting a new password.

Can I cancel / modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you to cancel / modify the order after it is placed. The reason for that is the fact that we as Wolt do not fulfil your order ourselves. It goes in real time to a third party that processes the order immediately. By doing that we can achieve a very fast delivery for you as our customer but on the other hand cannot allow cancelations as the order might be already picked and packed at our logistics provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay your order via credit card. Following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot handle returns for the time being but are working on offering a convenient solution for this on the longer term.

What if I do not like the products that I received?

At Wolt we strive to offer our partners the best experience, especially when it comes to the product itself. Therefore, we have interviewed many restaurants and basically built the offered portfolio according to the input received. However, we understand it still could arise a situation in which you do not like the product you have received. As for the time being it is difficult for us to handle returns, we encourage you to purchase just a few items at the beginning, test them and then order your regular demand as a second step. We are working on offering a more convenient solution in case you do not like the received products.
